Hi Vincent welcome aboard! I'm guessing Danita had something to do with getting you on board MSP2! I'm actually a graduate of Lee County Schools, so it's good to see some more local folks joining the Portal. Feel free to let me know if there are things you'd like to see around the site and by all means invite others to join us! Glad to have you.
Hi Vincent - Let me second Mary's welcome. So glad to see that you joined! Let me give you a quick layout of the site - on the main page - the resources that we have developed are on the left - MSP2 Resources box and our blogs. We have lots of events - technology, content, and pedagogy. The archived recordings of the ones we've done so far are in the link - Webinar Archive in the MSP2 Resources box. And we have lots of groups!
We've started a book club - the fall book is Omnivore's Dilemma - it would be great if you joined in. Welcome! Kim

Welcome, Vincent,
Glad you've joined us. Have you had a chance to look around the site? Is there anything in particular that prompted you to join MSP2?
Would love to know a little bit about you--your role in education, in middle grades and/or math or science education.
There are several people on MSP2 from NC (and a few from SC as well!).
I hope you will be willing to jump in, explore, and participate.
Again, welcome.
