Hi Paul - It would be great if you go back into your profile and answer two additional questions that we just added - I need help with and I can help with. We want people to be able to search by those parameters.
In addition, we've just started a book club - the fall book is Omnivore's Dilemma - it would be great if you joined in. Kim
Hi Paul - Let me second Mary's welcome. In addition to our resource guides and blogs - you'll also see that we have some links in the MSP2 Resources box (on the Main page) - Getting Funding, Favorite Blogs, and Freeware/Shareware. We hope that members of the network will help us add content to these pages.
In addition, I want to update you on our free webinars and hope you can join us for one of them soon.
We've had four Tech Talks so far - one on Interactive Notebooks, Moodle, Digital Storytelling, and Wikis. You can get to the recordings of those by clicking on the Web Archive link.
You can see all our upcoming events by clicking on the Events tab. We've got lots more topics to cover in the next few months - technology, pedagogy, content knowledge, all sorts of fun stuff!
Any ideas on additional topics or feedback you have would be greatly appreciated! Welcome – Kim
It's great to have you on board here at MSP2. Glad to see you've "played with your page," here. I didn't know there was this green option. I like it. Since you're willing to play around with the page, would you consider adding to the "text box" and sharing some more info about yourself??
For example--what science topics do you enjoy teaching? How did you find out about MSP2? What prompted you to join MSP2? What do you enjoy most about teaching middle grades students? What is one of your goals for this year?
