It was great to meet so many MSP2 folks in person. Thanks for putting this together!

Ioannis Miaoulis has a very clear vision, and woke me up to the idea that we all-too-often justify teaching "Engineering" as a vehicle for teaching "Science" and "Math" as opposed to knowledge of created systems / technology being a worthwhile set of understandings directly. Why has technology so often taken an academic back-seat, while often being the hood ornament?

And I found an answer to my question at the Ice Cream - a replacement for drop.io for sending files:

My kids have done Lure of the Labrynth (gr7) and were engaged at first but a handful were really captivated and worked through the game to the end. Great when begun as a whole group then as the kids are excited, let them loose to log on themselves at home or schoool. I hope you picked up some of the cool trinkets at the booth. My kids loved getting them as incentives for "saving" pets or reaching milestones.

Yes, I did pick up some of the free swag they were giving away to use as prizes back home! I actually came to Baltimore with one suitcase (carry-on size) imbedded within another larger one, and left with the second suitcase full of free stuff!

The 3D graphic organizer was wonderful. Why hadn't I thought of making lamanted cards and have students sort (like a vein diagram) using the floor. It was interesting to see how discussions could occur with others to verify answers. Already used in classroom and my students loved it!!!
